It’s been rumored that things are heating up between socialite Paris Hilton, 27, and rockstar boyfriend, Benji Madden, 29. While it may be too soon to tell, a few insiders have revealed that the American celebutante and Good Charlotte guitarist are already discussing wedding plans for the approaching future. 

This is news to many close friends and family members who believe that the relationship is just a passing phase. Passing or not, there’s no denying the fact that the two have been inseparable since January and still going strong. They started boasting matching signature rings and holding hands only two weeks after Madden split from his fiancée, rocker Sophie Monk. Since that day, they’ve been spotted at various venues all over the country; from partying in St Louis nightclubs to sharing a quiet lunch at Fred Segal in Hollywood. 

Many fans wonder if the new relationship is inspired in large part by the fact that Hilton’s best friend forever, Nicole Richie, is having a baby with Madden’s brother, Joel. When the heiress was asked about Madden at the Belvedere Vodka “Jagger Dagger” party in L.A., Hilton simply replied, “He’s definitely different than any guy I’ve ever been with.” For Hilton, this may or not be a good thing! However, it is safe to say that the aspiring singer and actress could use a change of pace. Just last June, Hilton was sent to jail for multiple traffic violations which she failed to acknowledge. 

Upon meeting Madden, Hilton has seemed to turn over a new leaf. Just four months ago, Hilton appeared on Regis and Kelly and commented about her relationship in more detail. “One night stands are not for me. I think it’s gross when you just give it up. Guys want you more, if you don’t just hand it to them on a platter.” Apparently she’s made sure that Madden has worked hard to get what he has – a knockout Guess model on house arrest! 

According to Hilton, the two act like any other couple. They celebrated their two month anniversary at home - she cooked dinner and they watched movies in the living room.  Afterwards they met a few friends in town for laser tag.  Hilton says that this is the way they both prefer things: mellow and low-key.  "I think the way it works so well is that we're best friends and we totally trust each other and we're in love."

In addition to potential wedding plans, Hilton is also busy filming her new MTV reality show, “Paris Hilton’s My New BFF,” which is set to release this October. Madden, on the other hand, is busy promoting is new line of clothing, DCMA Collective, with his brothers Josh and Joel.
