Even celebrities have to come back to reality sooner or later. Singer and actress, Beyonce, 26, who just tied the knot with rapper, Jay-Z, has already returned to the studio to begin recording for her new cd that is set to release this upcoming season. The pair, who began dating in 2002, managed to keep their relationship out of the media until 2005, when rumors began to circulate that they were getting married.

Beyonce refused to even acknowledge that they were even a couple until just last year, when she told OK Magazine that they would get married “one day soon.” Even then, both Beyonce and Jay-Z, 38, refused to publicly address their relationship. In fact, their wedding came as a shock to many of their celebrity friends who had believed that their relationship was just another Hollywood fling.

Even singer Rhianna, who had been working closely with Jay-Z on “Umbrella,” didn’t have a clue about the wedding until she received a formal invitation. “I didn’t know! No one knew!” she told People Magazine. Chris “Tricky” Stewart, who was also helping on “Umbrella,” said that he anticipates Jay-Z and Beyonce working together on a new album in the new future. “It’s always a possibility. They worked together before, so it may be just a matter of getting the right record.”

Their wedding was very private, with only close friends and family in attendance. Following the ceremony was a lavish celebration at Jay-Z’s Tribeca home including friends Gwyneth Paltrow, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams. The ceremony was in a large white party tent that was constructed on the top of Jay-Z’s penthouse building. Almost 50-60,000 white orchids and 100 silver candelabras were delivered the day before via dozens of party rental trucks.

Even though the nuptials have long since passed and business is resuming as normal, Beyonce and Jay-Z still refuse to comment on this new development. And apparently, they’ve made all of their friends swear to keep the details hushed as well. Destiny Child star, Kelly Rowland, was approached by People Magazine for the gossip, to which she coyly replied, “How do you know there’s been a wedding? This is something that you need to ask Beyonce and Jay-Z.”
