Ok i had to bring my mother to come look at that cake and i like what she said: you could buttercream the blue and the flowers and the feather design could be real if you want to spend that kind of money. The possibilties are ENDLESS. on the white cake for the perfect pasiely look it would have to be fondent. but keep in mind accents are one thing completely covering a cake is another! Also a reminder if the cake is not 8 tiers and had to much desing anything is possible just got to find the baker who can do it.
