This holiday season has brought quite a few celebrity engagements, and Britney Spears is now engaged to Jason Trawick. This will be the third marriage for the popular singer. According to Entertainmentwise.com, a source told In Touch magazine that Britney Spears wanted a traditional Southern style wedding. Britney’s ideal wedding includes lots of traditional Southern comfort food, and being surrounded by her close family and friends, including her two sons and friends from childhood. What a lovely wedding for the happy couple!

There’s something wonderful about a Southern style wedding, and it is easy to see why Britney has chosen this theme. A wedding that is all about family, friends, good food and celebrating the new marriage is ideal for many happy couples. While some celebrities (and lots of other brides and grooms) choose a big, glitzy style wedding, there’s something very warm and intimate about attending a Southern style wedding. Britney Spears has not chosen a wedding day yet, but with her wedding theme chosen, it is likely that a wedding day will be chosen soon. Will the happy couple have a summer wedding? There’s something so perfect about a beautiful, warm summer’s day and a lovely Southern wedding. But any season and time that the happy couple chooses will be perfect.
