In some rather sad news, TMZ reported yesterday that Heidi Klum and Seal, possibly one of the sweetest couples ever, are set to split. While I had hoped it was just a rumor, the two released a statement through their rep that confirmed it.
Heidi and Seal married in Mexico in 2005. Since then, they have had four gorgeous children, Leni (7), Henry (6), Johan (5) and Lou (2).
"While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate," the statement said.
"We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority."
It really is hard to believe that these two aren't going to make it. They seem so solid and together, and even renew their vows every years.
I guess it goes to show you never know.
