Question What type of engagement ring to choose?

What kind of engagement ring would you give to your fiance. I proposed with a platinum engagement ring and my fiance loved it

Personally speaking I would prefer white gold over platinum

But nonetheless, congratulations on your engagement

Platinum is more expensive than white gold but we chose white gold. White gold is durable than platinum.

Platinum is the trend nowadays but I prefer yellow gold. There is a great difference in price between platinum and gold and maybe it's because of platinum's quality. But I have researched and it says that platinum is not that much better the gold, specifically white gold. Blame it on the bridal industry for the emergence of platinum

You would have to consider a few things in choosing an engagement ring: price and your fiance's skin quality.

White gold would not look good on a pale skinned person. Also titanium is getting trendy nowadays for engagement rings

Lets choose palladium. It's more beautiful than gold and way cheaper than platinum. Palladium does not lose its shine quickly compared to platinum and gold

It would either be yellow gold or platinum. The quality of white gold being manufactured and sold today is not that good

My engagement ring is platinum because white gold can chip over the course of time

Without a doubt it would have to be platinum because it looks more elegant than gold.

It would have to be platinum. Its more durable than gold and it does not chip away like rust the way white gold does
