I don't think talking about old pain and hopelessness is appropriate for a wedding song. I like the I Walk Beside You parts, but not the others..

"i walk beside you" is really a nice song to be played on wedding..

I think this is a sweet song, it states some negative events or pains but still in the end "I walk beside you". For me I think this is nice for a wedding because the life that's ahead of a married people is arduous and they really need to walk beside each other and never let go.

The lyrics may be sweet but have you guys actually heard the song? It's a rock song, not a ballad.

Yeah Sapphire, haha it's a rock song. But still I love the lyrics, but I truly I am not a rock song fan. LOL.

Another suggestion for wedding song is the Westlife Song I Wanna Grow Old With You. The song show up an everlasting love.
