Shipping Information

1WeddingSource is pleased to offer free ground shipping on orders over $149.99. Free shipping applies only to ground shipping within the continental United States. Please use the Coupon Code BIGSAVER to receive your complementary shipping.

Dispatch Times
All orders are processed & dispatched within 4-7 business days (excluding weekends) from the date of receipt of your order.

Please allow 7-10 days from the date of dispatch for your order to be delivered. Each product listing will feature an estimated date of dispatch for in stock items.
Please note that some items maybe shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse or fulfillment centers.

Any item ordered which is out of stock, but which we expect to be back in stock, will still be charged prior to being dispatched. Your order will then be processed & given high priority status.


Customer Information
Please make sure we have all the correct dispatch information, including your shipping address, building numbers & suite names. We ask that you check all your order details & shipping information before submitting your final order.

If your shipping information is incorrect you will be charged an additional fee for re-delivery or address correction. This fee will range from $5 - $10.

Please note that we cannot ship orders to a PO Box address. If you are requesting your order to be delivered to an alternative address please ensure we have all the correct information such as building numbers, floor numbers & suite names. If you are shipping to a business address please include the business name. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information given to us will ensure the safe delivery of their order & receipt of goods. Any items left at the door will be the responsibility of the customer to ensure receipt.

Any changes to the shipping address after the order has been processed may incur further charges & additional delay in delivery. We are not responsible for any extra charges or delays as a result of changes made by the customer.

Free Shipping Promotion
Free shipping is available on all orders totaling $149.99 or more, after the deduction of any discount or coupon codes & excluding shipping charges.

This offer applies only to ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States. Alaska & Hawaii are excluded from this promotion.

Offer applies to one order per physical address only.

Normal processing times will apply & the free shipping offer does not apply to rush orders.

Offer applies only to online orders. Orders placed by phone or fax are excluded.

This promotion maybe withdrawn without prior notice.

Returns
Any returned items will be refunded in full minus any shipping charges.

Items returned that were part of an order which qualified for our free shipping promotion will be subjected to the original shipping charge. This shipping charge will be deducted from the applicable refund.

Shipping charges will be applied on any returns of orders which qualified for the free shipping promotion, be they in full or part, where the total sales amount falls below the required fee of $149.99.

We reserve the right to charge back shipping costs on any item being refunded. Please note that this may result in a negative refund figure where the original purchase price is less than the standard rate of shipping.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred in the return of any items.
